We process all orders as soon as received. There will be exceptions, but in general we will ship all orders within one (1) business days.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to New York, New Jersey, and California. Sales tax will not be added for shipments to any other US state or territory.

Once the return is received at our warehouse and inspected your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within three (3) business days. Please note, depending on your credit card company it can take 2-14 days for the credit to post to your account.
All products returned will be processed as a return. You can give details on exchange when processing a return through our Return center we recommend you place a new order with us and return the original product for a refund.
