Order/Shipping Restrictions

Fast, 2-Business-Day, Next-Day, and Saturday delivery options are not available for International orders. Free shipping is only available on domestic orders. 

Delivery Timing

Pending payment approval, orders should arrive as detailed in chart above. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. OY BRAND reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on www.oybrand.com. When you choose the Complimentary delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. We recommend you provide a telephone number on the note section of checkout. This important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed followed by tracking information.

Saturday Delivery

If orders are not placed by time detailed in chart above, they will be shipping using next day air method. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to all areas in the United States.

International Delivery

All International packages ship via DHL. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to most international destinations. We only ship to a handful of countries outside the US.
